Shader Packs

Optional, and only on your end. You probably need a decent graphics card for this.

How to Install

  1. Add the Shader Pack

    Keep it as a .zip and put it in the shaderpacks folder inside .minecraft. In Minecraft, Options › Video Settings › Shader Packs › Open Shader Pack Folder takes you there.

  2. Turn It On

    In Options › Video Settings › Shader Packs, pick the pack and choose Apply. If it's slow, lower Shadow Quality in the pack's Settings first.
